Botanical Gardens

Jerusalem

The Botanical Gardens, offers a living picture of God’s handiwork. While not the Garden of Eden, it reflects a small slice of the beauty, diversity and intentional design woven into creation. Surrounded by vibrant plant life arranged into a harmonious design, we are reminded that the world God made is marked by life, flourishing and purpose—truths woven throughout the Genesis account.

Both the Botanical Gardens and Beit Guvrin–Maresha connect the ancient story of the Land with the timeless story of creation. Just as God formed order from chaos and placed humanity within His beautiful world, He continues to work out His purposes for Israel today, faithfully gathering His people, restoring them to their Land and fulfilling His ancient promises (Isa. 14:1–2).
